Research Data Support

Data Analysis Support

Get focused support with data preparation, quantitative and qualitative analysis, tables, charts, results interpretation and research findings using SPSS, Excel or R where appropriate.

The dataset, research design and selected methods determine what analysis is feasible and what the results show. Your accepted quotation or written agreement confirms the scope, deliverables and deadline before payment.

What We Can Support

Scope of support

Support may cover one analysis stage or a broader research-data requirement. The final scope is agreed before payment and depends on the dataset, research design, selected methods and documentation available.

  • Reviewing research questions or hypotheses against the supplied project requirements
  • Reviewing variables, coding and available dataset documentation
  • Preparing, structuring or cleaning a client-supplied dataset
  • Selecting appropriate analysis methods for the agreed research design
  • Running the agreed quantitative or qualitative analysis
  • Using SPSS, Excel or R where suitable for the confirmed work
  • Producing agreed tables, charts or other data visualisations
  • Explaining outputs and supporting results interpretation
  • Supporting findings, discussion or results-chapter development
  • Reviewing corrections or feedback within the confirmed scope

Agreed Before Payment

Possible deliverables

These are examples, not universal package inclusions. The accepted quotation or written agreement will identify the files, outputs and interpretation included before payment.

  • A cleaned or structured version of the supplied dataset
  • A variable list, coding guide or data-preparation notes
  • Agreed analysis output from SPSS, Excel or R
  • Statistical tables, charts or visual summaries
  • Interpretation notes explaining the agreed outputs
  • Results-section or research-findings support
  • Qualitative themes, coding summaries or organised findings
  • A method explanation or corrected analysis following feedback

Project Fit

Suitable projects and clients

Not every project or dataset can be accepted. Feasibility depends on dataset condition, sample size, variables, research design, required method, deadline and available documentation.

  • Undergraduate research projects and academic reports
  • Postgraduate dissertations and theses
  • Research proposals that require analysis planning
  • Survey-based and business research
  • Organisational datasets with documented, lawful use
  • Client-owned quantitative, qualitative or mixed-method research

Responsible Data Use

Data responsibilities and research integrity

Analysis is performed only on suitable client-supplied material within the confirmed scope. Results cannot be predetermined and sufficient, valid information is required.

  • The client must provide lawful and accurate data and remains responsible for data collection, consent and research ethics.
  • The service will not fabricate or alter data, respondents, interviews, findings or results to produce a preferred outcome.
  • Confidential or personal data should be minimised or anonymised where practical before files are shared.
  • Results depend on the dataset, sample, research design and selected methods; no statistical or academic outcome is guaranteed.

From Enquiry to Final Files

How the process works

Work starts only after the scope, method, deliverables, deadline and relevant terms have been accepted and any required payment has been received.

  1. 01

Submit the questions, dataset and requirements

Share the research questions or hypotheses, supplied dataset, academic level, deadline and required outputs.

  2. 02

    Receive a scope and quotation

We review feasibility and set out the proposed work, price and responsibilities. An enquiry alone does not create a paid-service contract.

  3. 03

Confirm the method, deliverables and deadline

The selected approach, included outputs and timetable are confirmed in the accepted quotation or written agreement.

  4. 04

Provide the required files and documentation

Supply the agreed dataset, coding information, questionnaire, methodology, institutional guidance and relevant existing work.

  5. 05

    Analysis proceeds according to scope

Data preparation, analysis and reporting work proceed only as described in the confirmed agreement.

  6. 06

    Review the outputs and interpretation

Check the delivered files and gather any questions or in-scope changes into one written request.

  7. 07

    Request the included revisions

Use the two included revision rounds for consolidated changes that remain within the original scope.

  8. 08

    Receive the final agreed files

After the agreed review and revision process, the confirmed final datasets, outputs or written materials are supplied.

Personalised Quotation

Pricing: Get a personalised quote

Final pricing depends on dataset size and condition, analysis method, software, number of variables, qualitative or quantitative requirements, interpretation depth, deadline and required deliverables. The accepted quotation confirms the price before work begins.

Included Adjustments

Two free revision rounds

Every confirmed service includes two revision rounds at no additional charge. One round means one consolidated written request within the original agreed scope. Material corrections do not consume the two rounds, and unused rounds have no cash value. New analysis, new variables, a replacement dataset, changed hypotheses, additional methods or expanded deliverables may require additional payment.

Common Questions

Data analysis FAQs

Which data-analysis software do you support?

The current service supports SPSS, Excel and R where appropriate for the agreed dataset, research design and required outputs.

Can you help choose an appropriate analysis method?

Yes. Method-selection support can be included after reviewing the research questions, variables, design, dataset and available documentation. The selected method is confirmed in the project scope.

Can you analyse an incomplete or unclean dataset?

We can review the dataset and may include preparation or cleaning in the quotation, but feasibility depends on its condition and documentation. Missing, insufficient or invalid data can limit the analysis.

Do you support qualitative and quantitative research?

Yes. Quantitative, qualitative and mixed-method support is available where the supplied material and agreed research design make the requested work feasible.

What files are required for a quotation?

Usually the research questions or hypotheses, dataset sample or description, variable or coding information, questionnaire or instrument, methodology, required outputs, deadline and relevant institutional guidance are needed.

How do the two revision rounds apply to data analysis?

Each round is one consolidated written request within the original scope. Material corrections do not use those rounds. New variables, replacement data, changed hypotheses, extra methods or expanded deliverables may be additional work.
